No separate service fee is charged to submit property information, upload photos, speak with our team, or receive a property review.
Any transaction expenses or adjustments that may apply will be stated in the written agreement and closing documents.
Am I required to accept an offer?
No. Submitting information, uploading photos, speaking with our team, or receiving proposed terms does not obligate you to sell or enter into an agreement.
Will I need professional property photos?
No. Recent cellphone photos are sufficient. We may request a specific additional photo if an important area was not included or was not clearly visible.
Could the property close within 30 days?
It may be possible, depending on the property, title condition, written terms, and other transaction requirements. A specific closing date cannot be confirmed until the property and transaction details have been reviewed.
